Webinar of the Month – Preparing for a Video Pre-Screening Interview
The IAEA has a robust recruitment process, which includes written assessments, online pre-screenings and panel interviews. Online Video Pre-Screenings have been used at the IAEA and other international organizations for a few years with great success. The Division of Human Resources is conducting webinars to help applicants across Member States become familiar with this type of assessment. During this webinar, recruiters will provide information about why and how we use this pre-screening method and give useful tips to help candidates become more comfortable with this recruitment step. Video pre-screenings at the IAEA are not a substitute for interview panels, and as the name implies, are used for pre-screening purposes only. They help hiring managers and recruiters make decisions regarding whose candidatures to move forward in the process.
