Good question Jatin -- We are reviewing the full set of Universal Standards for Social Performance Management and seeing how we need to adjust or add to what is already there. Dimension 3 of the Standards already talks about delivery models and channels, and this is where we see need to add more information. In addition, a lot of dimension 4 of the Universal Standards focus on client protection issues
