National Quality Center NQC: Campaign Measures 1, 2, and 4 (Gap, Visit Frequency, and Viral Suppression) have been adopted by HHS (the Sebelius 7), HAB, and have been endorsed by NQF (they will be integrated into Meaningful Use systems soon!
