This will be an instructor-led event conducted using a web-enabled meeting with audio provided via telephone conference call. The presentation will be displayed on the participant’s PC during the Webinar.

Details of this event are as follows:
Conference Call (Audio-only) Session Sign-In
- Participants access the audio portion of this event by calling the conference line: 1-877-985-3002.
- Participants are prompted by the Verizon Conference Center to enter a numeric passcode: 7596227#.
- Each participant is to ensure that their phone is on mute and that phones are not placed on hold during the session.
>Participants will not be able to communicate with the TMHP Presenters through any audio methods. Please utilize the Q&A feature within WebExÔ to submit your questions during the presentation. These questions will be addressed during the breaks.
Web Session Sign-In:
1. On the date of the event, registered participants log on using the following web link:

2. When the Event Information page appears, Click “Register.”
3. Complete the registration form by entering the required information, then Click “Submit.”
4. Registration Confirmed page appears, Click “Join Now.”
5. Before the participant can join the event, the system will prompt you to install the appropriate media player so you can view the webinar on your PC. If necessary, Install Active X Control media:
· Click the yellow Information Bar at the top of the page.
· Choose Install ActiveX Control.
· In the security warning dialog box that appears, click Install.
· Or use the Click Here button and Click Run in any dialog box that appears.
6. The web meeting will launch automatically.
7. Participants will be welcomed by the TMHP Presenters upon initiation of the web meeting session.
Presentation Materials
1. The presentation will be displayed on the participant’s PC during the Webinar. Participants are encouraged to access / print materials for this workshop from the TMHP website prior to attending this scheduled event using the following link:

Workshop Logistics
- This workshop event will begin promptly at: 8:00 am (CST). Please note break times are scheduled at: 10:15 am. However, all times may vary depending on the course of the program.
- A Question and Answer (Q&A) segment is offered within the scheduled Webinar. Questions cannot be accepted via the phone/conference call. Questions must be submitted electronically according to the following instructions:
a) Type the question in the text box of the Q&A panel located on the right side of the screen.
b) TMHP will verbally respond to all questions submitted through the Q&A panel during the designated segment of the presentation.
3. Web meeting participants will be e-mailed an evaluation survey document link after the workshop has ended. Please print, complete and fax the evaluation survey to:
