Big Toddlers
This month we will be looking at numbers, this will help develop an awareness and encourage children to use counting words randomly. We will be singing number based nursery rhymes. We will also be helping the children with self-help skills, such as feeding themselves and removing their shoes and socks. We would be grateful if you could continue to encourage your child at home

Little Group
In March little group will be looking at transport. This will include looking outside at the different vehicles we can see and making pictures. We will also be playing with and making our own vehicles.

Younger Middle Group
During March we will start by looking at growing, and then we will learn about baby animals, new life and Easter. We hope you are enjoying receiving observations from your keyworker, if there is anything you would like to discuss regarding these observations please feel free to talk to us at any time.

Older Middle Group
This month we are going to be looking at people who help us. We will have lots of fun working on material for our wall display focusing on this topic. If you have any emergency services dressing up/roleplay costumes that you could bring in for the children to use we would be very grateful.

Hall
After taking part in ‘book week’ and ‘World book day’ the children have shown a great interest in the story of Goldilocks and the three bears, so we are going to look at this book in more depth. We will be learning about the different characters and acting out the story.
We have our fingers crossed that towards the end of March the weather will brighten up and we can plan our Spring and growing activities.
Thank you
