TANTARA’S ANNUAL SOUP & CHILI COOK-OFF
The Fall Soup & Chili cook-off will be held on Saturday, October 13th at 3:30 PM at the LaPlant’s home at 31009 Prairie Ridge. There will begames, and prizes for the chili and soup with the most votes. Hotdogs and lemonade will be provided, so please RSVP by October 8th to Julie LaPlantat . We need to know how many will be attending and if you plan on bringing a chili/soup, side dish or dessert. Please confirm all of this when you RSVP. The cost for this festive event is $5 per family to cover the cost of paper goods, etc… As always, this event is BYOB, BYOC (chairs) and outdoors (so please dress accordingly).

ANNUAL HALLOWEEN PARADE
October 31st at 4:15 PM.
We will meet in the south court in front of the Paglia’s and make a quick loop around the neighborhood to allow the children (and adults) to show off their costumes!
Suggested Green Oaks Trick or Treating hours are from 4:00 – 8:00 PM.
Please turn on your front lights if you are participating.
LIBERTYVILLE STREET DANCE
Scheduled for Saturday, September 15th.
ANNUAL TANTARA HOLIDAY PARTY
This year’s Tantara Holiday Party is scheduled for the morning of Saturday, December 15th. Since there were only six of us at the last planning meeting, there will have to be a separate planning meeting for this event. If we do not get enough participation at the planning meeting, we will have to cancel the event. It’s a big party to plan and we need your help!!

Please join us for a social activities meeting on Tuesday, January 15th at Liberty Restaurant Milwaukee Avenue at 9:00 AM. We will be discussing some winter activities.
