Tentative First Snowboard and Ski Club Outing Dates:
- December 17
- January 7 or 14
- February 4
- More if weather continues to be cold and snowy
UIAS & HERITAGE SNOWBOARD/SKI CLUB
The club will be skiing at Mt. Holly on Friday nights. The bus will be leaving Heritage at approximately 3:30 P.M. (Open for change) and PROMPTLY leaving Mt. Holly at 9:30 P.M. We should be arriving back to HERITAGE school between 10:00 and 10:45 P.M. In order to attend the Snowboard/Ski Club events all students must return to the Club sponsor, Mrs. K. Hall, and/or the attached PERMISSION FORM completed by their parents or guardian. For those students who will be renting equipment from Mt. Holly they must also return to Mrs. K. Hall RENTAL AGREEMENT FORM. (You may obtain one from Mrs. K. Hall in room 370)
STEVENSON & DAVIS STUDENTS: Please email or call Heritage and let me know if you are coming with us. You may give money and permission slip to me when we are on the bus.
Costs:
All students must purchase a Mt. Holly Ski Resort Student I.D. Card. The I.D. card entitles the student to 2 ski or 1 snowboard lesson. The I.D. also allows the student to purchase lift/tow tickets at reduced rates.
- This is a one-time fee of $15.OO.

I, ______, do hereby give my permission for my above-named child to accompany the Heritage Snowboard/Ski Club to the Mt. Holly or Pine Knob Ski Resort, in Clarkston Michigan, during the 2010-2011 season. I am granting said permission being fully aware of and understanding that Snowboarding and/or Skiing are inherently dangerous activities. I hereby further absolve the Heritage Snowboard/Ski Club, The Utica Community School District, and the Snowboard/Ski Club sponsors Mrs. K. Hall from any and all responsibility for any injury my child may incur as a result his/her participation in these inherently dangerous activities.
I am further aware that the bus will be departing Mt. Holly/Pine Knob PROMPTLY AT 9:00 P.M. and that any student who does not report by the bus; scheduled departure time will be left behind. Parents of those students who have failed to report for the bus; departure will be telephoned. THAT I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR PICKING UP MY CHILD AT MT. HOLLY IF HE/SHE MISSES THE BUS. And, that if my child misses the bus he/she will not be allowed to accompany the Snowboard/Ski Club again.
