Dear Customer
I wanted to get in touch with you to let you know about the work we will be doing to improve our services to your home. Wewill be working in your area on12thJanuary 2016fromaround 09:00hrs to18:00hrs. This work will make sure that we continue to supply homes witha constant supply of brilliant quality water for many years to come – but to do this I need to ask for your help.
In order to carryout our works safely. There will be a Road Closure in place near PEVERIL HOUSE. There will still be access available to the Residents and Pedestrians.
I have asked our teams to complete the work as quickly as possible. To help us make sure there are no delays, I would be grateful if you could ensure that the site is accessible. Please do not park nearPEVERIL HOUSEfrom09:00hrs on the12thJanuary 2016. There will be restricted vehicular access as the site may partially block accessto some properties onPEVERIL HOUSE.In return for your help; I promise that my teams will keep any disturbance to a minimum.
My teams have told me that this work may increase the level of noise in your area. I know any noise disturbance can be a real nuisance, and I have made sure that this will be kept to a minimum – I hope our essential work does not cause you and your family too many problems.
I am sorry that this work may cause a short term access issue in the area – but, thanks to your help, we will make sure this does not last too long.
After talking to our engineers, I’m also pleased to be able to tell you we should not need to come into your home whilst we carry out the work. But whilst writing to you, I wanted to take the time to include some useful information about our free password scheme. It’s on the back of this letter.
