LORD TEACH US HOW TO PRAY…
So often we are deeply aware of our own ability to pray according to the will of God. We acknowledge the need for prayer and often request God to help us in our prayers. We need however, to realize that our prayers often are an extension of the measure of faith that we have. As we surrender more to the will of God’s living presence in our lives, we will begin to pray more confidently and God will manifest Himself in our lives as we walk a little closer to Him. Prayer will become as natural as breathing. It means nothing to ask God for a more meaningful and positive prayer life unless you are willing to help develop it yourself. Talk to God as you would someone you love, a neighbour perhaps?
Pray with me “Father, change my heart and lead me so that I may be a light unto the world.”
Blessings
Rod
