Hello, my name is Brian, and I am a WOW adict.
I have enjoyed working with this team.
We have had some differences of opinion, but that is what makes us great.
I know that I have not gotten to know all of you as well as I should have,
But the ones that I know, you have left a part of yourselves with me.
I hope that I have left a piece of my random-ness and my love of the program with you.
The following quote are not a complete reflectioin of my feeling for WOW, but they say a lot and I will explain.
“We the unwilling, led by the unknowing, are doing the impossible for the ungrateful.”
“I have done so much with so little for so long, I can do the impossible with nothing.”
“we the unwilling” – sometimes teams cannot be open to new ideas
“led by the unknowing” – the board doesn’t always know all the details, but they still take it and fligh
“are doing the impossible” – look at leading 3000 wowies, training 600 people, planing 12 months for only only one week
“for the ungrateful” – many people don’t understand how much work we all put into this
“I have done so much with so little for so long” – think of the hours you have put into making this program work, the resources of time and money you didn’t have, and what awsome things you have accomplished
“I can do the impossible with nothing” – Look forward to the week, think about how much you have to do, and how close we are to the main even
