We cordially invite you to join us in this years’ 2nd International Food Festival @ Our Lady of the Holy Rosary St. Richard’s Catholic Church.
With the support of last year’s sponsors of the First Annual International Food and Arts Festival to benefit Our Lady of the Holy Rosary – St. Richard Catholic Church, we generated the necessary funds to cover the cost of the new roof for the rectory.
This year, we ask for your participation and support as one of our valued sponsors. There are two ways that you can show your support. Your company can purchase an ad in our sponsor booklet and/or donate items for our silent and live auctions. Please see the sponsor levels as follows:

As a sponsor, you will be recognized in our sponsor booklet which will be distributed on the parish grounds during the Festival. This is a valuable advertising opportunity for your business to show its support and reach the over 2500 guests coming, not only from Palmetto Bay, but neighboring communities and cities such as Pinecrest, Cutler Bay, Coral Gables and Kendall, to name a few, expected this year and encourage them to patronize the businesses featured in it. The sponsor booklet will also be available in the Parish office and will serve as a resource for the year.
In-kind donation
Items such as travel, dining, event tickets (sports, concerts, theaters, etc.) sports memorabilia, gift baskets, gift cards and/or certificates make great items for the silent auction.
Your company will be prominently featured within the silent auction and listed in our sponsor booklet if the item is received by submission deadline, October 16, 2015

We reserve the right to reject any sponsorship which does not support the mission and teachings of the Church.

Submitting your ad artwork
All artwork must be original done in black felt pen or high resolution color computer graphics. You may want your artwork for the ad to the address above. If we must design the logo, there will be a $99.00 charge. However we encourage you to email us a PDF of your artwork for the best reproduction.
