Who:

We are taking about 110 students and leaders PV, Shadow Mt., Pinnacle, Horizon, Cactus Shadows, and North Canyon. Woodleaf Camp will have about 350 students and leaders at camp. There will be another 50 people that are working at Woodleaf to make our week great. Our leader to student ratio is about 1 to 5 this year.

When:

Depart: Friday, June 7that 8PM from the NW corner of Tatum and Thunderbird. We will drive through the night, and then arrive at Woodleaf. We will stop as needed for meals.

Return: Saturday, June 15th, arrival 6am (early morning, we will call when we are getting close) Pick up at the NW corner of Tatum and Thunderbird

Cost:

The cost for entire trip to Woodleaf is$725.If you get a $50 deposit in by March 18th you will get $50 off the cost of camp. Your balance is due as soon as possible.This includes all transportation and camp fees. This cost will not cover any clothes or snacks purchased at camp, or food on the way to and from camp (6-7 meals on the road, snacks, t-shirt- about $70?) The camp provides all meals while at Woodleaf.

Note:

Campers may lock money and valuable items in the camp office during the week. Please note that no alcohol or drugs are allowed. If a camper is found with these items, they will be sent home at the parent’s expense. Additionally, Young Life has a policy that does not allow Walkmans, ipod, mp3 players or cell phones to be used during the camp week. However, campers are allowed to bring and use them on the bus, but while at camp, these items will be available but locked in the camp office.
