NB 2+ Ambers in a week -> Cpoms Amber Behaviour and accelerate to Orange. / 5 min reflection in class then Lost Learning Time (LLT) made up at break/lunchtime or end of day (start from 3.10).
10 min reflection in another class then LLT made up at break/lunchtime or end of day (start from 3.10) and a text home.
When the LLT is to be made up, will depend on the time of day the negative behaviour is shown.
High level (Orange) negative behaviour / Consequence
Physical or verbal aggression directed towards an adult or pupil
Intentional vandalism
Spitting
Stealing
Consistent refusal to work
Consistent refusal to follow instructions
Intimidating others / Speak with Phase leader or Assistant Head which may result in one or more of the following: -
Work out of class for a session and text home: On report for remainder of the day or the following day if incident in the pm.
Work out of class for half day and text home: On report for remainder of the day or the following day if incident in the pm.
Meeting with parents
Most Serious Level (Red) (Zero Tolerance) behaviour / Consequence
Use of object/weapons to hurt others
Bullying
Racism / Immediate SLT (as per rota below) and contact with parents.
Consequence will be, at least, the same as for orange
+ 1st time: 1 day on report
2nd time: 1 week on report
3rd time : 2 weeks on report
4th time : strategy meeting
When children return to class, please re-direct them straight to an activity. The issue has been dealt with.

Article 29: Education should help children use and develop their talent and abilities. It should also help children learn to live peacefully, protect the environment and respect other people.
