Who can we fund?
We can support: individuals who live in the project area, voluntary and community organisations, community councils, social enterprises and private companies (provided our grants do not contribute to the profits they distribute). If you represent a funded service – a school, council service or department, the Police, the library service or similar – we will not provide any funding that simply replaces statutory funding to meet a statutory obligation. Any funding we provide should be additional to public funding.

By submitting this form you are agreeing to the following:
- That all of the funds that you receive will be used exclusively for the idea or project that you’ve proposed.
- That all invoices and receipts will be made available for inspection within 30 days of the end of the project
- That any project funding not used will be returned to the Leigh Neighbours Partnership Board no later than 30 days after the completion of the idea or project.
- That you or your organisation have suitable and appropriate insurance cover for your project and indemnify the Leigh Neighbours Project and the Leigh Neighbours Partnership Board of any liability.
- That photographs of you and your idea can be used in Leigh Neighbours publicity
