IFSS WORLD CUP APPLICATION for Accreditation - IFSS 2016-2017
The Application shall be sent to the attention of: IFSS Accreditation Committee () and cc’d to the IFSS Executive Director at ().
Approval by the IFSS member federation shall be attached to the application.
The possible number of events accredited is limited to a maximum of three (3) dryland events and four (4) events on snow per country. These event numbers are raised to ten (10) dryland and ten (10) on snow each for both Canada and the USA.

The IFSS Council has decided that no accreditation fee will be charged until further notice.
Valid DID numbers are required for all competitors who wish to earn World Cup Points.

Race Results:
In order for the results to be included in the World Cup point calculation data base, the Event Liaison Officer shall send the events results by email in a standard specified and agreed-on format (format to be included with approval letter sent by IFSS),within one week of the conclusion of the event, to the IFSS Accreditation Committee () who will be responsible for calculating and publishing results on the Internet.
If race results are not submitted in an acceptable format within a reasonable period of time, the event may risk future accreditation.
Microsoft Excel software is the required format for sending race results.
At a minimum, results must contain these details:
Competitor’s first name and competitor’s family name in this order in one single column
DID Number
Total racing time in the required format
Country of citizenship
Class - Class abbreviations may be used as are used in this application, shown below.

If an event is cancelled due to weather conditions, or if there are fewer than five competitors in a class the Accreditation Committee must be informed within five days of the event.
Advertising your Race

If the race is advertised as an IFSS accredited event, IFSS requests that the following wording be used in any specific advertising designation or claim:

The wording must be used in full and cannot be used in any other form or way unless approved by IFSS. You may request the IFSS logo from IFSS () or () if you wish to use it in the advertising and promotion of your race.
