Dear Parents and Players:

Fall Soccer Registration: In-person sign-up will be onMay 3rd from 1pm-3pm and May 30th from 10-12, all at the Mary L. Cook Public Library Community Room. Online and Mail-in registration forms will be accepted until June 1, 2014. All registrations postmarked or received in person after June 1, 2014 will be placed based on available spaces ONLY.

S.A.Y. leagues dictate how teams will be formed. Below is a recap of the age groups and birth dates associated with each division to be used in 2015.

We cannot honor requests for friends or neighbors to play on the same team. Candy and all Passer teams will be formed by the blind draw process. All teams for the Passer & up age groups for the Fall 2015season will be formed by a draw performed by another district. If you do not want a particular coach or team again, please indicate so on the front of the form in the designated location and we will do our best to accommodate, although we cannot make any guarantees. Coaches will notify the players/parents after the teams have been formed. Practice schedules are at the discretion of the coach and field availability. The ten game season will go approximately from the middle of August to the middle of October. Practices will probably start in the beginning of August. Most games will be scheduled on Saturdays; however, several Sunday and/or weeknight games are possible.

For those parents who wish to mail in forms, please include correct fees with a completed andsigned form for each child playing and a copy of the birth certificate if the child has not played for us before. THE SOCCER CLUB CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR UNIFORM FIT!! Uniforms consist of socks, shirt and shorts.

Please consider ordering a larger size to allow for growth or room for a sweatshirt under the uniform. We are not responsible for uniform fit. If you are unsure of the size your child needs, please stop by during one of the in-person registrations to examine and try on samples. Each child must wear soccer shin guards to practice and all games. We recommend that each player have his/her own water bottle for practices and games. Gym shoes or soccer shoes are acceptable. EACH CHILD IS EXPECTED TO BRING HIS/HER OWN SOCCER BALL TO PRACTICES. Each age group plays with a different size soccer ball: ages 4-7 play with a size 3 ball, ages 8-11 play with a size 4 ball and ages 12 and above play with a size 5 ball.

WE NEED PARENT VOLUNTEERS! Referee and Coaches clinics to train all volunteers will be required under S.A.Y. guidelines. Volunteers are need to assist with coaching or assisting, referees and working the Sauerkraut Festival booth.
