Wayne Bank Develops Emerging Leaders
Honesdale, Pa –Wayne Bank recently held a leadership development course at its Honesdale Corporate Office on November 8, 2017. Led by the Bank’s Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources, Ryan French, the course provided each individual with the skills necessary to be an effective leader. Fifteen Wayne Bank employees, from various Community Offices, took part in this educational program.
“I am so pleased to be able to share this beneficial course withour employees,” stated Mr. French. “The topics covered will help to develop their leadership skills so that they may better motivate and inspire their teams, as they continue to advance in their careers at Wayne Bank.”
