- The guide for preparation of the final manuscripts can be obtained at . Due to the large number of proposals we received for the symposium, we need to limit the total length of each paper to a maximum of 10 pages.

- All papers should be submitted in English. If English is not your native language, please have your paper edited for the language before submitting it.

- The deadline for submission of final papers is extended to July 15, 2004. Papers received after the deadline will not be included in the Proceedings.
