Sample agreement between Legacy and Sacagawea states: Make available laboratory testing that SBHC does not provide on-site up to a maximum of $X,XXX.XX annually. Dollar amounts per test are set according to the Legacy Laboratory Services client price list. Legacy will provide a courtesy quarterly report to SBHC showing lab testing costs incurred for the previous quarter.
