WARRANTY
/Warranty coverage is extended to the original consumer purchaser for personal, family or residential use in Europe, from the date of original purchase and cannot be assigned or transferred by the original consumer purchaser to any other person or entity. Claim under the guarantee needs to be accompanied by an original purchase receipt from an authorized 4SeasonsSpa dealer.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND EXCEPTIONS
A 4SeasonsSpa installed in commercial applications is excluded from any coverage of any kind.
A 4SeasonsSpa that has been subject to neglect, misuse or abuse is excluded from any coverage of any kind. This includes any installation, operation or maintenance other than in accordance with the instructions included in the owner’s manual provided with the product. Specific attention should be given to the water treatment and the use of chemicals according to the owner’s manual

The wood cabinet can show signs of wear and tear due to influences from the environment. These signs are not covered by this warranty.
The warranty shall be invalid if the Spa was not in operation at a temperature below 1.0 degrees causing potential problems of frost, when the Spa is in operation at a temperature of 45 degrees Celsius or higher or if the cover was not in place while the Spa was empty of water.
4SeasonsSpa accessories, including but not limited to the cover, cover-lift and gazebo are not covered under this warranty.
Scratches and damage caused by normal use, installation or moving the Spa are excluded from this warranty.
Acts of nature, accidents or causes beyond the control of 4SeasonsSpa are excluded from this warranty.
A 4SeasonsSpa not purchased from an authorized 4SeasonsSpa dealer is specifically excluded from warranty coverage of any kind. /

/4seasonsspa warrants against cracking, blistering or water leaking due to defects in the spa shell for 5 years from the original date of purchase. Surface repairs to the shell will be made to function
/4seasonsspa warrants the spa’s electrical equipment and all other spas components against malfunctions due to defects in material and workmanship for two years from the original date of purchase. the led light(s), ozonator, headrests, filter(s) and cabinet are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery
/ 4seasonsspa warrants plumbing done at its factory against water loss due to defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the original date of purchase. /SERVICE COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY
/A defect covered by this warranty must be serviced by 4SeasonsSpa or its designated representatives as soon as possible. The purchaser must use all reasonable means to protect the spa and its surroundings from further damage. Upon proof of purchase, 4SeasonsSpa or its designated service representative will correct the defect subject to the terms and conditions contained in this warranty agreement. There will be no charge for parts to repair the defect. Your authorized 4SeasonsSpa dealer will provide warranty labour coverage in accordance with local requirements and his dealer contract with 4SeasonsSpa. However providing access to the component for repair is the responsibility of the spa owner. The 4SeasonsSpa dealer does not cover removal of decks, gazebos or other structures not originally attached to the spa in any situation where warranty work is required. Freight charges may be assessed if the entire Spa has to be returned to an authorized 4SeasonsSpa representative for repair. 4SeasonsSpa reserves the right to substitute a spa or component equal in value. The replacement spa or component warranty will be equal to the balance, if any, remaining on the original spa or component. 4SeasonsSpa must pre-authorize the return of a defective spa.
In no event shall the liability of 4SeasonsSpa for any reason or cause exceed the original amount paid for the defective product in question with a duration according to the stated time periods.
