Wewanteverycustomertohaveafunctional,worryfreesystemthatwillprovideyearsofservice.

Weareastable,wellcapitalizedcompanywhowillstandbehindwhatwesell.

WarrantyCoverageIncludes:

1.Allelectricalcircuitcomponentsincludingdirectburialwiring,transformers,andconnectorswillbecoveredbyLLRwarrantyfor10yearsfromdateofpurchase.

2.IntermaticDigitalTimersarecoveredbymanufacturerwarrantyfor12months.

3.LEDBulbs.OurLEDbulbsareconstructedusingCREEcomponents,thefinestavailable.Theyareratedbytheassemblerfor50,000hours.Weprovideafullreplacementwarrantyfor3

yearsfromdateofinstallation.Wewillshipareplacementatnocharge.

4.Aluminum,stainlesssteel,copperandbrassfixturesarewarrantiedforaperiodof10yearsfromthedateofpurchase/installation.

5.LaborWarranty:Weguaranteethatallaspectsoftheinstallationwillbefreeofdefectfor12monthsfromthedateofinstallation.

Freeservicecallandlaborinrelationtoonsiterepairorreplacementofwarrantieditemsfora12monthperiodfromdateofinstallation.

WarrantyCoverageExcludes:

• Damagecausedbylandscapersorotherpersonsdoingyardandshrubservices.
• Damagecausedbymovingcomponents
• Damagecausedbyfloodingtheareawherecomponentsareinstalled.
• Damagefromotheractsofnature.Themostcommoneventsthatmaydamagethesystemincludepoweroutagethenpowersurgeandlighting.Asignificantpowersurgeismorelikelytodamagethetimerortransformer.NearlightningstrikesfrequentlysendchargesthroughthegroundthatcanburnuptheLEDbulbs,timer,fixturesortransformer.Themorecommonsymptom wouldbemultiplebulbsfailingatthesametime.

• Repairtodamagescausedbyeventsotherthancomponentfailureduetoqualityissueswillincurchargesforbothmaterialsandlabor

FixtureWarrantyCoverageExcludes:

• Damagecausedbylandscapersorotherpersonsdoingyardandshrubservices
• Cloudingoflensesduetothesprayfromirrigationsystem.
• DamagecausedbymovingfixturesfrominitialpositionestablishedbyLLRinstaller
• Diminishedilluminationduetofixturesbeingcoveredbymulch,pineneedlesorshrubbranches,etc.
• Changesinsurfaceappearanceoffixturesduetonormalweathering,sunexposure,over-sprayfromirrigationandoxidation.

CustomersPleaseNote:NonPaymentand/orunresolvedoutstandingbalancerendersallwarrantytermsandconditionsNULLandVOID.

1.Providingqualityproductstoourcustomersoccursinthreesteps.

A.Initialsalesappointment.Wealwaysprovideeveningdemonstrationsforourclients.Itisnotpossibletomerelyverballydescribewhattheimpactofourproductswillbe.Webringasamplingofallproductsand,usingrechargeablebatteries,illuminateselectedareasofyourhome.Weareabletoprovideanaccurateestimateatthatvisit.

B.Installation.Mostinstallsoccurwithinoneweekofthequotebeingapproved.Wetakegreatcaretoprotectlandscapingandhardscapesduringtheinstallprocess.

C.FinetuninglightscapeSinceinstallsoccurduringtheday,itisnotpossibletoaccuratelypositionallfixtures,especiallyup-lightsorspotslightingthehouse.Anadditionaleveningappointmentisnecessaryfinetunethoselights.

2.SettlementofCosts.Uponacceptanceofthequote,theinstallationisscheduled.Fiftypercentofthecostisdueatthecompletionoftheinstallation.Thebalanceisdueatthethirdappointment.Modificationstothequotewillbereflectedinthefinalpayment.

3.WarrantyClaims.Seewarrantydocumentfordetails.

4.Cancellation.Removalofinstalledfixturesmayincura20%restockingfeetocoverlaborandlossofinstallaccessoriessuchaswireandconnectors.
