No refund of entry money will be made unless a veterinary certificate or medical certificate is presented.

The decision of the judge is final.

Misuse of whips and spurs will entail elimination.

Hard hats of correct standard must be worn at all times when mounted, with harness correctly fitted.

Competitors must familiarise themselves with the rules.

No Claims can be entertained for anything that may happen to competitors or any person, their property or horses, in connection with or arising out of this event. It shall be a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify the Organisers against any legal action arising from any incident.
