DETAILS OF THE BUDGET
‘SEED’ is having three centers, namely Irungattukottai, Utkottai and Sriperumbudur. Each centre requires certain infrastructure facilities that are explained as follows.
I IRUNGATTUKOTTAI :
(i) FENCING :
We are running our I T I with the help of so many noble souls like our ` ASHA ‘ . All the materials/equipments/ machineries have been obtained by the timely help rendered by ` ASHA ‘ and other well wishers. Hence it is important to provide proper safety and security for the machineries and equipments of our I T I. We have already completed fencing in two sides. For the remaining two sides, we require fencing which costs Rs. 1,00,000/-
(ii) EQUIPMENTS/MACHINERIES FOR I T I :
We have, procured machineries & equipments for our I T I with the help of ASHA – URBANA CHAMPAIGN and other well wishers. We have to procure some more materials for each trade ( Detailed list of materials enclosed separately ).

II AT UTKOTTAI : ( RESIDENTIAL HIGH SCHOOL PROJECT )
(i) WALL RAISING :
In the past, Volunters from ` ASMAE ‘ helped us to construct the wall at our Utkottai Centre to protect the children and coconut, mango and other fruit bearing trees. With their benevolent support, we have completed the wall fencing with full height on one side of the Utkottai Centre. On the other side, wall construction was incomplete due to which antisocial elements from the nearby places entered into the Utkottai Centre and cut the trees, pluged the fruits and hence the hard work done by the staff and students has become waste.
If we raise the wall on the other side also to the proper height, we may protect the fruit bearing trees and paddy crop from the anti social elements apart from the protection given to our children at Utkottai centre. If we give proper safety to the trees and crops, they will take care of 50% of the expenses of Utkottai Centre in future and hence the Utkottai Centre may become 50% self sufficient.
We have estimated an amount of Rs. 25,600/- is required to raise the wall on another side our Utkottai Centre.

iv) LIBRARY FOR UTKOTTAI CHILREN :
If you help us to get a LIBRARY for our UTKOTTAI CENTRE, the high school children of our Utkottai Centre may make use of the Library to enrich their knowledge and wisdom and their reading habit will certainly be increased. We may require an amount 50,000/- for providing a good LIBRARY to the children of our UTKOTTAI CENTRE.

III SRIPERUMBUDUR : ( RESIDENTTIAL PRIMARY SCHOOL PROJECT )
1) Roof for the Class Room :
We are having a small hall above the kitchen with benches and tables made by block stones which are permanent. Originally, it was constructed with the intention of having a DINNING HALL there. But, it was difficult for the staff to take all the food items to the first floor of the kitchen. Hence, we would like to convert this hall as one of the class rooms for our Primary School. But the roof of the building ( Tiled Roof ) has completely been damaged. If we have R C Roof, it will be a permanent remedy and our Primary School Children will get a good class room. We have estimated that an amount of Rs. 67,800/- is required to have roof for the class room above the kitchen at our Sriperumbudur Centre. Detailed estimation along with the plan is enclosed herewith for your kind perusal. ( ANNEXURE – I)
II )DINNING HALL :
At present, we are not having dinning hall for all the children of `SEED ‘ at Sriperumbudur,. Temporarily, we are using the dormitory as the dinning hall. But, we are having enough space in front of the kitchen. Already, we have raised half of the flooring in front of the kitchen to an adequate height. If we raise 10 pillars on both sides, we may fix asbestoes sheet as roof with the help of iron ankles and hence we will get a permanent dinning hall for all our children in front of the kitchen, which may make our duty to be easy (i.e.) distribution of meals to the children.
We have estimated that an amount of Rs. 2,16,000/- is required to have a Dinning Hall at our Sriperumbudur Centre.
