THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL

(MAYFIELD, TILLICOULTRY)
(TEMPORARY PARKING RESTRICTIONS)ORDER 2010

The Clackmannanshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order.

1.This Order may be cited as "The Clackmannanshire Council (Mayfield, Tillicoultry) (Temporary Parking Restrictions) Order 2010” and notwithstanding the date hereof shall come into operation on the 15th July 2010.

  1. The effect of this Order shall be to restrict parking during the period from 0800 hours on Monday26th July 2010 until 1700 hours on Friday 30th July 2010, onthe section described in the Schedule hereto in order to allow easy access for buses during the closure of Stalker Avenue, Tillicoultry.

SCHEDULE
List of Roads / Section of road over which the temporary restriction of parking is applicable from 0800 hours on Monday 26th July 2010 until 1700 hours on Friday 30th July 2010.
Mayfield, Tillicoultry / West Side:
From the extended south kerbline of Westbourne Avenue, southwards for a distance of 16 metres or thereby.
East Side:
From the extended north kerbline of Church Grove northwards for a distance of 16 metres or thereby

STATEMENT OF REASONS FOR MAKING THE ORDER

The order is required to allow easy access for buses during the closure of Stalker Avenue, Tillicoultry.

The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 8th July 2010.

The effect of this Order shall be to restrict parking during the period from 0800 hours on Monday26th July 2010 until 1700 hours on Friday 30th July 2010, onthe section described in the Schedule hereto in order to allow easy access for buses during the closure of Stalker Avenue, Tillicoultry.

A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available on transport/roadorders/or may be examined at the Council's Offices at Greenfield, Alloa, FK10 2AD, Lime Tree House, Castle Street, Alloa, FK10 2EX and any council Library/CAP, during normal office hours free of charge.
