Due to safety concerns, siblings are not allowed to participate in the Winter Outdoor Programwith a chaperone,unless they are enrolled as a Lafayette student.

_____ Drive equipment to Cannon Mountain at 9:00 a.m. in the school’s pick-up truck. Unload skis/boards at Cannon and get tickets from ski school for Lafayette group. Return to school ASAP so tickets can be distributed.
_____Helping at school to get younger children ready (~10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.)
_____Helping at mountain, but not a skier (~11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.)
_____Chaperone for Downhill Skiing (from ~11a.m. – 2:00 p.m.). Chaperones are required to stay with their group until 2:00 p.m. Please indicate if you have a Cannon pass and select your ability level.

_____A. Never skied before
_____B. Skied before, but only on the beginner hill
_____C. Confident Cannon chair lift rider and skis GREEN trails
_____D. Confident Cannon chair lift rider and skis BLUE trails
_____E. Confident Cannon chair lift rider and skis BLACK trails
_____Chaperone for Snowboarding (from ~11a.m. – 2:00 p.m.). Chaperones are required to stay with their group until 2:00 p.m. Please indicate if you have a Cannon pass and select your ability level.

_____A. Beginner: Never snowboarded before.
_____B. Novice: Has been on snowboard; but only on the Brookside Beginner area.
_____C. Intermediate: Has been on snowboard; on Green trails with some technique.
_____D. Advanced: Has been on snowboard; on Blue trails with technique.
_____E. Advanced II: Has been on snowboard; on Black trails with technique & jumps.
_____Chaperone for Cross Country Skiing (from ~10:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.) Please indicate if you have a Bretton Woods pass, whether or not your insurance information is on file at school, and select your ability level.

_____ My driver’s license & insurance information is on file with the school (required if transporting children)
_____A. Never skied before
_____B. Skied before, but only on beginner trails
_____C. Confident cross-country skier comfortable stopping, turning, herringbone on hills
_____Chaperone for Winter Fun(from ~10:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.)
_____ My driver’s license & insurance information is on file with the school (required if transporting children)
*Since limited tickets are provided, chaperones that are season pass holders at Cannon Mountain or Bretton Woods are asked to use their passes for the program. This allows us to provide a ticket to more chaperones, thus making it safer for our children.
