AYSO 5043 (formally AAL 5043) was formed in 2008 for the Volunteers of AYSO Region 2 as a RECREATIONAL CO-ED Soccer League to promote friendly competition and build friendships within the Region.

Players must be currently registered as an active volunteer with Area 1C, and demonstrate a minimum of 8 hours of volunteer service per AYSO 5043 season to be eligible to play.

Coaches, Assistant Coaches

  • Must be an active coach during the fall and/or spring season.
  • If you coach AYSO in the fall season, you are eligible to play in the AAL for the fall season and the next year’s spring season.
  • If you coach AYSO in the spring season, you are eligible to play in the AAL for the spring seasonand the fall season for the same calendar year.
  • Must attach a copy of the Coach ID card.

Team Parent

  • Must attach a copy of the AYSO volunteer form, Safe Haven and Concussion certificates.
  • Team parent needs to get a signature of the head coach of the team on this form.

Referees

  • Must fill out this form with all the refereeing duties.
  • Need to get a signature from the region’s referee coordinator or print out a list of games refereed from the AYSO web site.

Other Volunteers

  • Must fill out this form with all the volunteer hours completed.
  • Need to get a signature from any AYSO board member for each task completed.

ALL VOLUNTEER HOURS HAVE TO BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTEDBEFORE THESTART OF A SEASON.

For example: If a player wants to play infall 2015, the volunteer hours need to be completed in spring 2015. The completedform needs to be submitted along with the registration form and player pledge form.

Registration forms of players without completed volunteer hours will not be accepted. There will be no more buy-outs for non-volunteers. This will be an only volunteeradult soccer league.

The AYSO 5043 board members will determine the validity of the volunteer hours and will have the final say regarding the eligibility of the player.
