Volunteer Confirmation Letter

Dear Volunteer/Guardian:

We are very grateful for your willingness to help with our upcoming JA BizTown®field trip. Thank you for agreeing to complete the two mandatory JA BizTown volunteer training sessions, in addition to assisting our class with the 4-5 hour simulation at the JA BizTown facility.

The first (of two) volunteer training session may be completed at your convenience and takes approximately 20 minutes online. Please complete the online training at least one week prior to our visit, in case you encounter any technological issues. You will need access to high speed internet to stream the segments. The video segments include sound, so please be sure that sound is enabled on your computer. If you do not have high speed internet access at home, you should be able to access the site from the local library. Please note that you may need to bring headphones to hear the training.
