Volume to Value: A Consultant’s Guide o Navigating Payment Reform
As your organization moves from volume to value, you will need to stay ahead of regulatory changes and understand how they will impact your financial success. In this session, we will discuss several changes and what you will need to know to prepare for them in order to minimize financial risk. Additionally you will hear about the organizational capabilities you will need to consider as you move from volume to value.After this session, participants will be able to:

- Understand the organizational capabilities necessary to consider with changing models of care.
- Identify potential risk to your organization resulting from value-based reimbursements.

Anderson, MBA, CRCR, Revenue Cycle Executive for Cerner, serves as a client engagement specialist, responsible for financial performance across the revenue cycle; specializing in operational assessments, performance improvement, reference strategies and customer satisfaction enhancements. In addition to enhancing client relationships, Jill contributes to the design and development of Cerner revenue cycle products and services. Prior to joining Cerner, Jill held leadership positions such as director of managed care, assistant director of health system contracting and network manager overseeing contract negotiation, network development and management, relationship building, training and implementation services for hospital providers and payer communities.
