Volleyball Manitoba 2017Age Class Tournament Results Form

Please fill out the results form ENTIRELY and ACCURATELY

The tournament host must submit the completed VM Result Form to the VM office (by email at ) before 12:00pm noon on the Monday immediately following the event – to allow for weekly ranking update. In addition, the tournament host is asked to copy the results email to all that were coaches involved in the tournament. The VM Ranking system relies heavily on tournament hosts adhering to the result submission timeline.

HOW TO FILL OUT THE FORM: Hosts who submit a form that is incomplete or filled out improperly may be subject to lose a portion of their performance bond

Section 2: Final Standings

• If teams are tied please indicate their final placing in the column provided
• For example, if two teams tied for third place indicate this by putting the number ‘3’ in the second column of placement rows 3 and 4
• If four teams tied for fifth put the number ‘5’ in the second column of placement rows 5 through 8, and so forth
• Make sure you indicate a team’s FULL name, do not abbreviate
• If a team’s full name is different than (or subsequent to) the name of their club you must record their full name in the column provided
• If you are not sure what a team’s full name is (i.e. A or B, Black or Gold, Spike or Smash),it is your responsibility to find out!
• If a team is of an age category that is lower than the specified “Tournament Age Category” please indicate in the column provided

Please note: Each ranking committee reserves the right to request individual game results from tournament hosts in order to aid in the provincial ranking process. Therefore it is in the best interest of ranking accuracy that tournament hosts keep individual game results from their event(s) on file throughout the end of the season.
