Mintes from the last AGM: have been circulated. There were no questions arising from the minutes. These were a true and accurate record of the meeting-

Annual Report: Jane as co-convenor read her report.

Motion:

A motion to amend last year's motion regarding membership should read as $20 per household which entitles 1 vote. Individual household members may also join by paying $20.

Moved by Lin Roberts, Seconded by Natalie. 1 against. Carried by majority vote.
