SITE INSPECTION AND ASSISTANCE
Line Item 1: PGC personnel will meet with potential bidders on Wednesday March 29, 2017 at 9:00 AM in the parking lot at the Shell gas station, 13107 Lincoln Highway (Rt. 30), Everett, PA 15537 (coordinates: 40.02034, -78.34647). This location is at the intersection of Lincoln Highway and Blackstone Rd. PGC staff and potential bidders will then travel by vehicle to the project location on SGL 049. After viewing the SGL 049 project location, the tour will continue to the SGL 118 project location.
Line Item 2: PGC personnel will meet with potential bidders on Tuesday March 28, 2017 at 10:00 AM at a small roadside pull-off along Rt. 522 (Great Cove Rd.) approximately 0.15 miles south of Rt. 30 (Lincoln Highway) near McConnellsburg. Coordinates for this location are 39.941722, -77.995769. PGC staff and potential bidders will then travel by vehicle to the project location on SGL 053.
III. CONTRACT TASKS:
Line Item 1: The contractor shall bull doze hedgerow habitat on approximately 5.9 acres during the time period from April 11, 2017 to June 17, 2017. Contractor shall comply with Attachment 1, “Dozing Specifications”.
Line Item 2: The contractor shall mechanically mow shrubs and small trees on approximately 11.6 acres during the time period from April 11, 2017 to June 17, 2017. Contractor shall comply with Attachment 2, “Mowing Specifications”.
Bid is electric thru SRM by 2:00 PM on Monday April 10, 2017.
