Visiting Society Terms and Conditions
1.Bookings are accepted as per the terms and conditions set out below.
2.Golf bookings are provisional until a non-refundable deposit of £5 per person has been returned to the Golf Club.
3.Crompton & Royton Golf Club Limited reserve the right to cancel a booking in the event of there being a requirement for use of the course/clubhouse facilities for a tournament, club function or other unspecified requirement by the Council of the Golf Club.
4.All applicants are reserved provisionally and are held for 15 days. If no written confirmation and deposits are received, then the club reserves the right to re-book the facility. Confirmation will be accepted by return of this application form.
5.Once booking has been confirmed, subject to the club receiving your deposit, the price quoted is the minimum payment required should you have any late withdrawals.
6.If a shotgun start is requested, we require that a minimum of 18 teams are paid for to secure the closure of the course for your party.
7.The Golf Club reserves the right to charge for facilities which have not been utilised.
8.Final numbers for catering must be given to the caterers ten days prior to the visit. The caterer reserves the right to charge for meals etc. ordered but not required on the day. All catering must be paid for on day of visit.
9.The Golf Club does not provide Personal Accidental Insurance for visitors. You are advised to check that all members of your party are adequately insured before playing the course.
10.Green Fees should be paid to the Professional prior to commencing play, payment for catering should be paid to the Steward on the day of the event.
11.Changing of clothing including shoes is not permitted in the Car Park. Towels for showers are not provided.
12.SLOW PLAY – To allow members and visitors to enjoy their round of golf, please maintain a pace which will enable you to complete 18 holes in approximately 3 ½ hours.
13.Please read the details on the course notice board which will give essential information with regard to tee reservations, course conditions/restrictions etc.
14. Ensure that all divots are replaced, bunkers are raked and pitch marks repaired on greens.
