Park Policies
Check in time after 12 noon; check out time 11:00AM
Guests:Rates are based on 1-2 person occupancy at the time of registration. Any more than (2) will be consideredadditional guests, and an additional charge of $2.00 per person, per day will be added to your bill. If you arrive after business hours and a lot is vacant, you may pay the daily rate online and stay until morning. Please be sure to check with our camp host by 9am the following day to see if your lot has been reserved, or to make payment if you are not able to pay online.
Pets:Pets are permitted. Please keep all pets inside when you are not on site. Please do not tie pets outside unless you are home to control them. Pets must be on a leash at all times on our property, and must stay on your lot under your control. All droppings mustbe picked up immediately and disposed of in the dumpster on the North end of the property. Pet disturbances will not be tolerated, nor will aggressive animals that threaten other patrons/campers. Visitors of guest should never bring additional pets onto our property. Any breeds considered high risk according to our insurance company must be pre-approved. Example: Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chows, Rottweilers, and etc.
Washing:Washing of motorhomes/5th wheels/campers or any vehicles is not permitted. If we see this occur, you will be billed for the water usage on your meter.
Mail:We do have locking mail boxes for those staying long term, but they are not recommended for short term stays.
Clotheslines:Clothes lines are permitted in the back area of your lot on the East side.
Trash:Please place all household food waste/trash in the dumpster on the North end of the park. Trash service is for our guests only, not the general public/non guests. Please use the recycling bins for recyclables.
Noise: Excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music, TV’s, revving of car motors, barking dogs, orloud parties, etc. Those who do not respect their neighbor’s right to peaceful enjoyment of the property will be asked to leave.

Utilities:All utilities are included in the daily/weekly rates. Electric is not included on the monthly rate.
Reservations:The owners assign reserved sites via e-mail or over the phone and they are confirmed after your deposit payment is received.
Cancelation & refund policy:No refunds on or after arrival. A deposit of $100 for weekly and $200 for monthly reservations is required to book a site. Cancellations require 30 day’s notice or the deposit will be forfeited.
