Vision Source Has a Unique Program That Connects Key Staff Members Within Specific Areas

I would like to add my voice to the many others who are welcoming you to Vision Source and offer my help in answering questions your staff may have about resources and programs available to support them in their roles as part of Vision Source.

Vision Source has a unique program that connects key staff members within specific areas and across the nation. It is called the Vision Source Representative program and was created to bridge a common communication gap within many of our offices. One way in which this is an outstanding opportunity for you: announcements are sent from Vision Source headquarters to our offices but they don't always make it the key staff members who need the information in order to support your business goals. The VSR program will provide the means to close this communication gap and helps to lay some important building blocks for a healthier practice.

We ask all Vision Source members to appointa key staff member to represent their doctor during quarterly VSR meetings--someone who is in a leadership position in the office. Upon designation, this person will be known as your practice’s Vision Source Representative, or “VSR.” They will receive all Vision Source communications from me relevant to staff including the Gazette and will be invited to join us for our VSR Exchanges held a quarterly basis to share information on topics such as:

Vendor opportunities--which vendor programs are the most profitable and how to effectively implement them in our offices.

Practice management ideas--how to support and enhance stronger business principles, share information on billing/coding, manage staff, interpret statistics, etc.

Marketing options--gain knowledge of when and how to educate patients about the services and products our practices offer while using the budget set in place by the doctor.

This peer-to-peer networking is much like what the doctors enjoy, but the topics are seen through the eyes of those who implement the programs within the office.

I would like to invite you to send a Representative from your office to our next VSR meeting. We have a meeting scheduled for ______.
