OADN Benefits

Representing members’ interests at numerous national presentations to promote the importance of preserving, associate degree nursing education including presenting to the Institute of Medicine’s Future of NursingEvaluation Committee.

Alpha Delta Nu Nursing Honor Society: Charters available to agency members for the only honor society available for associate degree nursing students.

Collaborating with national nursing organizations to ensure the voice of associate degree nursing remains at the forefront for a the role in academic progression, such as the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Academic Progression in Nursing Advisory Committee, the Center to Champion Nursing in America, Nursing Community, Nursing Alliance, Nurses on Boards Coalition, the American Nurses Association, the National League for Nursing; the American Colleges of Nursing; American Nurses Association; and the American Organization for Nurse Executives.
