SR executive – Bidding/Tender

To assist the organization in the pursuit of being an achieving organization by providing Business development and Documentation support for ourBidding and Documentation Team . / JobDimensions:

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing MOU & agreement and coordinate with Legal team for vetting
Coordination with Accounts department for various activities like; EMD/Tender document fee Processing, Bank guarantees, Performa Invoicing generation, Payment updation etc.
To study & review of Tender documents and ensuring that minimum qualifying criteria for the bidding of the projects are met & review of relevant discipline codes and standards specified in tenders.
Sending quotation and taking follow-up with clients.
Get the Relevant Tender from Tendering Website, Govt /PSU Website/Newspaper, Registered Tender Portal from team
Take Care of Bidding Procedure, Register to the Company in Different Govt Websites/PSU/Bank/Defence for Upcoming Tender through team.
To coordinate with various departments for the submission of necessary supporting documents & certificates required for submitting Technical bid for the tender.
Qualification
Graduate/Post Graduate having 2 -4 years of experience in Bidding/Tendering process
