CONCURRENT SESSION REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Essential Elements
Current Adjunct Faculty members from any Ivy Tech campus are invited to submit a presentation proposal. Complete all required information and submit proposal by November 15, 2013 deadline. Proposals will offer learning outcomes/goals as well as a clear plan to engage the audience.The Adjunct Faculty Conference Proposal Committee will review proposals and inform chosen applicants by December 15, 2013. Presenters are expected to attend the conference and are responsible for own travel.
Tracks
- There will be approximately 24 concurrent sessions, most of which will be 45 minutes in length. A projector, screen, microphone, and Internet access will be provided; presenters will be responsible for PowerPoint presentation/flash drive as well as any handouts.
- Concurrent sessions will be offered in the following four tracks: Completion, Connection, Collaboration, and Community (See tracks listed on the next page). Presentations that focus on these areas will be given priority in the selection process; however, presentations on other topics are also welcome.
