ViscoTec - expert for dosing technology in e-mobility
Dosing without undesirable side effects
New industries such as battery production for e-mobility require special solutions in dosing technology. ViscoTec Pumpen- u. Dosiertechnik presents a new product at Automatica 2018 - the metal-free dispenser. It was specifically developed to dose extremely reactive materials such as sulfuric acid, anaerobically reacting acrylates and electrolytes reliably.
In order to avoid chemical reactions such as curing or crystallization during the dosing process, there is no contact with metal in the material contacting area in the dispenser. When selecting the materials for this special dispenser type, the main focus was on chemical resistance to adhesives and other fluids and the highest resistance to physical wear caused by abrasive materials.
