This virtual forum will discuss the first main theme of the Draft Declaration of Commitment of Port of Spain, “Promoting Human Prosperity” (Paragraphs 5 to 29).

Considering the broad scope of this theme, the forum is divided into 8 sub-themes. This document has the purpose of informing the discussion and compiles some of the main resources and reference documents addressing each sub-theme in the region.
