**Please display your VIP Placard on your rearview mirror when arriving at the stadium so the attendant can clearly see your pass.

If you have a handicapped placard, you do you not have to purchase a VIP parking pass.

·  If the parking area is too soft from recent rain or if it is raining that night, VIP parking may not be available. We will send out an e-mail and post signs at the bottom of the drive between the tennis courts if this occurs.

·  VIP passes will initially be given out at the first home Varsity football game at the top of the drive between the tennis courts. VIP passes can also be purchased at that time.

·  After that, VIP passes can be picked up at subsequent home Varsity football games.

·  Please try to arrive to the games by 7:30 PM since the gate will be shut at the start of the game and Ms. Schaefer will go help at the ticket booths. (The gate will not be locked, but we ask that if you come in late, you close the gate behind you to prevent unauthorized traffic.)

·  If you leave before half-time of the game, please make sure that the gate is closed behind you.

·  Please follow the directions of the JROTC cadets who will direct the VIP Parking Lot.

·  You can buy your tickets for the game at the back gate near the concession stand.

You can send this parking pass form and money to Laurie Schaefer at Mt. Tabor (342 Petree Rd Winston-Salem, NC 27106) or drop it off in the main office for Ms. Schaefer.
