APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

“ Moved by Councillor Daley and Seconded by Councillor Webb that the December 8, 2014 Minutes be accepted as distributed.” Motion Carried.

DELEGATIONS:

Sgt. Desrosiers introduced Cpl. Andrea Gallant to Council. Cpl. Gallant will be his replacement as detachment commander starting Jan 15th, 2015.

Council congratulated Sgt. Desrosiers on his promotion from Cpl. To Sgt.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA:

“ Moved by Councillor Webb and Seconded by Councillor Daley that the Agenda be accepted as distributed without Sections 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9.” Motion Carried.

NEW BUSINESS:

W&S Operating Reserve – “ Moved by Councillor Webb and Seconded by Councillor Daley to transfer $10,165 from the W&S Operating Reserve to the W&S Operating Fund.” Motion Carried.

PAYMENT OF BILLS:

“ Moved by Councillor Bigger and Seconded by Councillor Webb that the bills be paid as approved by the appropriate Councillor.” Motion Carried.

ADJOURNMENT:

“ Moved by Councillor Bigger to adjourn the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 7:40 pm.
