Special Village Board Meeting

Wednesday, March09, 2011 6:30 p.m.

Public Notice is hereby given that the Blue Mounds Village Board will hold their Regular Board Meeting starting at a special time of 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 09, 2011 at the Village Hall located at 11011 Brigham Avenue.

The agenda follows:

  1. Call to Order Board of Trustees by Village President.Confirmation of compliance with Open Meetings Law.

Roll Call.

  1. Pledge of Allegiance
  2. Motion to go to Closed Session per WI SS 19.85 (1) (b), considering dismissal, demotion, licensing or discipline of any public employee or the investigation of charges against such person, and the taking of formal action on any such matter. The public employee has been given actual notice of any evidentiary hearing which may be held prior to final action being taken and of any meeting at which final action may be taken. The notice contained a statement that the public employee has the right to demand that the evidentiary hearing or meeting be held in open session. Specifically, review job performance of Public Works Laborer, potential action
  3. Reconvene to Open Session to take any action(s) as necessary due to Closed Session, potential action

Motion to go to Closed Session per S.S. 1985 (1) (c), considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. More specifically to discuss requested medical leave for Public Works Employee, potential action.

13.Reconvene to Open Session to take any action(s) necessary due to the Closed Session, potential action
