TheVice President, Revenue Development will be responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of fundraising activities related to major and annual gifts, events and corporate development. The Vice President will lead the multi-year comprehensive campaign, now in an early phase, as it achieves a significant increase in annual revenue growth over the next four to five years.As a member of the executive leadership team, the successful candidate will be a key influencer in the development ofstrategic plans, budgets and business plans.

You are a senior fundraising professional who is a builder; who is able to envision a future, communicate it clearly and work withstakeholders to achieve it. You are a highly respected leader of effective fundraising professionals and senior volunteers.You have a history of exceptional achievement as a fundraiser and use deep knowledge of the field to make wise judgements as a manager.

A few details:

  • Reports to Kids Help Phone’s President CEO and is primarily located in downtown Toronto with some travel.
  • Portfolio has astaffing complement of approximately 30 individuals located at the national office and regional offices across Canada.Fundraising targets for this portfolio have been in the $16,000,000 p.a. range.Increases to more than $25,000,000 p.a. in the first phase of a ten year plan are the role’s principal focus.French language fluency is an asset.
