Cheer
- PomPoms have been delivered (pink)
- Mats were shipped 9/13, should arrive at school week of 9/18
- Cheer signs came in
- Look into ordering additional blue/gold/white poms for next year to use for side lines.
Football
- The 3 man youth sled was delivered to the mid field and assembled. Thanks to John DeJager for helping out.
- A few helmets had to be swapped out due to air leaks in the bladders.
- Had quite a few issues with pants not fitting and helmet. Did our best to swap pants around and made it work.
- Filled Blaster arms with air
Field Supervision Committee: (2017 Chairperson –Bob Baumann)
- The door handle was repaired on the announcer’s booth.
- The score keeper is still sticking. I reach out to Mishele to have fixed.
- Please make sure all pads are put away in the sheds at the end of practice in a neat manner.
- All sleds must be pushed off to the corners of the field when you’re done using them.
- Please keep the golf cart off the field.
- Please make sure all children are kept off the field during games and practices.
- Please make sure all garbage is picked up at the end of practice.
- Only 1 announcer and one scorekeeper is allowed in the announcer’s booth during games!!!!
- Thanks to Keith Kimkowski for organizing the EMTS for our home games.
Snack Bar Committee: (2017 Greg Kurdziel - Vice President to report)
- Pep Rally, kick off dance and week one game = Net $1,243
- Need help running it the snack bar
- Concession trailer is tabled for right now because the timing of getting it, the season would be over. Looking into possibly renting one to see how it would go.

Overall numbers are down for Tackle and comp cheer. Reck cheer is up. Revenue down about $2,300. We had a dozen or so late sign ups. Brings it to 6% of registration goal.
Fundraising Committee: (2017 Chairperson –Kim Rivera, Melissa Maldonado, Heidi Castro & Kim Bruno )
- Golf Outing- September 29th - need sponsors and participants. This is a big one for us so get word out.
- Clothing drive – Extended until September 22nd.
- Jets Game- October 15th 1pm - extended – can still buy tickets.
- Zombie Run-October 21st
- Heaven Hill Pumpkin Picking (Flag-2ndgrade)TBA
- 100 Raffle
- Pig Roast. Brought in $434. Not a money maker but everyone agreed it was a great event.

CHEERLEADING:
- Pep Rally was a success! Girls showcased their routines and are ready for the season.
- Powder Puff was fun for all. Midget Comp Cheer vs Pee Wee Football. Boys did a fabulous job with their half-time routine
- Football game cheer schedules are being worked andwill be sent out this week.
Competitions have been confirmed and we will be doing the following competitions. If a competition is cancelled we will adjust with an alternate competition.

FOOTALL:
- Roster books have been completed and handed out. Thanks to Corrine Houser and Megan Curry for helping out.
- We had two new sign ups at the Pony level. One went to Blue and one went to Gold.
- We will be hosting JV level games on Monday nights, starting Sept. 25th. I’m going to schedule at least two home games per level, excluding Pewees.
- Please encourage all players to attend our Varsity home games at the High School.
NJYFL
- The cost of the All star game will be $750 this year.
- Coaches dinner will be the first week of December. Cost will be $300 for 10 coaches. $30 per coach after 10.
- Week 3 Schedule changes: Pony Blue will host Ringwood instead of High Point. Rumble will host Sparta White instead of West Milford.
The next meeting will be held at the PAL on the 3rd Tuesday of the month October 17, 2017 @ Vernon PAL 8:30 pm.
