INTRODUCTION
Hacettepe University Institute of Population Studies has been carrying out quinquennial surveys since 1968 in collaboration with national and international institutions. The richness of the information gathered by these surveys makes the Institute the major source of demographic data.The quinquennial surveys and the questionnaires used in them are given below:

TO REQUEST THE DATA SETS
The data sets are available in English.The data and data dictionaries are inASCII file format.The data sets of 1993, 1998 and 2003, prepared with the ISSA package can also be used with SPSS and SAS.The data sets of the remaining surveys can only be used with SPSS.
If you wish to make a request for using the data set(s), please fill the data request form below, add a short description of the project and the analysis you intend to perform with the data and send it to the address below. Your requrest will be reviewed, and if access to data set is granted, you will be contacted to set the conditions on the format of the data and the environment through which it will be sent.
