Verbiage for Scheduling a 1-1/Product Demo Drop
“Hi ___. It’s Your Name calling. Do you have a quick minute? (if not…ask when would be a good time to call them back). Great! I’m calling because I’ve started a business with Arbonne that I’m really excited about! I would love to treat you to a few days with our products. I absolutely love them, and I think you will too. I can drop some off to test drive on ___ morning or ___ evening. Would one of those work for you? (or mail them a sample if long distance) Great! Are you more interested in trying our anti-aging skin care, wellness or both?
I’ll drop them by and I’ll just need 5 minutes so I can explain how you’ll use them. We’ll schedule a time to meet 3 days later so I can pick them up and we can talk about your experience. Look forward to seeing you on ____!”
If they’re unavailable to meet when you drop, make sure you inform them there is an instruction sheet inside explaining usage. You can also run through the following information with them now over the phone (see below in red).
Verbiage for Dropping an RE9 Demo Set
When you drop off demo set, keep it brief…5 minutes. Say something like:
“Hi ___. I am so excited for you to try these products! I really think you’re going to love them as much as I do…they are phenomenal! And while you’re sampling them, keep in mind there is a million dollar business opportunity available.
Here are a few things to remember while sampling:
1)They are Swiss formulated and are very concentrated - a little bit goes a long way. You only need to use one pump, or a pea-sized amount of each and 2 squirts of toner. If your skin feels greasy or the products feel too heavy, you’ve probably used too much, so cut back. Also the serum is highly active, so start with a small amount and work your way up to one pump.
2)For best results, do each step morning and evening (run through each step briefly). It may seem like a lot, but it only takes 2 minutes – less time than brushing your teeth!
3)Use these products exclusively for 3 days and nights. Notice how your skin feels now so you can tell a difference. When these products are used exclusively morning and evening, most people feel and see a difference within 24 hours!
So, ____, today is Tuesday. I recommend you starting these tonight, does that sound good? (YES) Great! OK, so three days from now would be Friday. Are you available on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning for me to stop by? I’ll need about 20 minutes. Great! I’ll call to check in and see if you have any questions, and I look forward to seeing you then!”
If they say NO, they can’t start using that night (or the next day) or can’t meet in 3 days, then let them know you’ll have to find another time to let them test drive the products as you have others who are waiting to sample them.
NOTE: Be sure to sterilize your demo set each time after it’s been used. Wipe all bottles, pumps and lids by moistening a paper towel with rubbing alcohol. You can put the gold bags in the washing machine or dishwasher to clean them.
Be sure to replace bottles as they run low or become faded. They must look pristine!
If they are sampling the product from a sample pack instead of a demo set, say the above as well, and be sure to include the “RE9 Demo Set/Sample Pack Insert” inside their sample pack.
