With all of the above options you will be provided with a 10x10 space reserved for you to set up your booth to solicit pug patrons, pass out samples, exhibit, promote, and sell your products and services, solicit for mailing lists, hand out coupons, flyers, collect slips for drawings for your products, and HAVE FUN.
Please make your check payable to Colorado Pug Rescue and mail it along with this vendor application to:Debra To 7565 E Peakview Ave #614 Centennial, CO 80111. Please keep the Policies and Procedures document for your reference.
Notice: You may bring your own canopy, but the City of Denver strictly prohibits putting stakes in the ground.

Policies and Procedures
- Vendors will be checked in and set up no later than 10:30 am on Sunday, September 21st , 2014
- Please do not drive or park vehicles on the grass
- Vendors will arrange displays so as not to obstruct other booths.
- Vendors are responsible for all clean up associated with their space after the event ends.
- Vendors understand that Pugs in the Park is a fundraiser for the Colorado Pug Rescue, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
- Colorado Pug Rescue cannot promise product or service exclusivity.
- Vendors selling items at the event are responsible for collecting and paying any applicable sales tax to the City and County of Denver and the State of Colorado.
- Colorado Pug Rescue will hold the Pugs in the Park event rain or shine.
- Neither Colorado Pug Rescue, City Park, or Denver Parks and Recreation shall be held liable for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to vendors or their properties in association with this event. Vendors will take all reasonable care to protect their property and employees accordingly.
- Registered vendors will receive information via mail or e-mail no later than one week prior to the event date about details of the event, a list of attending vendors, and any other updated information.
- Please understand that if any of the terms described herein aren’t followed, we may refuse your participation in this and future events.
** Your signature on the Vendor Application form signifies that you understand all rules outlined herin and agree that these rules represent a contract and that no other agreement shall be binding between the parties unless in writing and signed by the vendor coordinator of Pug in the Park and another authorized Colorado Pug Rescue representative. **
Cancellation Terms: If notification of cancellation is given to Debra To in writing prior to September 8th, 2014, vendors who have paid in full will be refunded 100% of the total registration fee. Refunds cannot be provided for any level of sponsorship.
