2018 ROUTE 66 SHOW AT HURN BRIDGE SHOWFIELD ON THE EVENT DAYS SHOWN ABOVE, WE WELCOME ALL VEHICLE OWNERS TO ATTENDTHIS YEARS EVENT.

The show is designed as an all make of vehicle show, not just American, it is a’ past meets present’ show for vintage, classic and modern cars to come together and give a ‘true’ meaning of ‘every road tells a different story’ this show is the only one of this kind on the south coast whereby both old and young come together to showcase their rides they love.

There will be 24/7 security for the show area starting from 9.00am on Friday 6th July until 8.00pm on Sunday 8th July for the security of your vehicles, the show is in its 4th year and our high priority to provide a fantastic event for people with the same interest as you to peruse the vehicles and enjoy the great environment of the show, all the while we maintain a high level of day and night security for your pride and joys whilst on display. (Please do not be alarmed to leave your vehicle with us it’s in safe hands and we have had millions of pounds of vehicles from classic to modern day left with us and they are secure, or if you wish you can take them home and come along on day 2, either way we welcome your decision).

Drivers remaining with US at the show for the weekend will be able to access their vehicles,although we ask there to be no driving on the show field unless asked by a member of staff to come into the show parade arena, where we will marshal you into and out of the show ring.

We ask that all vehicles showcasing to do so for the entire opening time of the show on each day from 10am until 4pm, however if you need to leave prior to this time for an emergency you can do, but please find a marshal to let us know.

The route 66 show is a mecca for all petrol heads and has over 30 acres of something different from cars on display, to event arenas, show areas and different things such as wild west village, Indian village, kids’ corner, music under the marquees, classic, cars, vintage cars, lorry’s, bikes, military, various entertainment including fairground, we are looking to introduce an auto jumble area to this year’s show along with a bigger market/trader areas, this show is designed for family fun for everyone!

We welcome all vehicle owners to display their vehicles, as every year we have an array of vehicles and owners wishing to be part of the show and we ask you to fill in the form and send it back to us if you are interested to showcase your vehicle.

Entry is free for the driver if you have been pre-selected to showcase in the show area, however the show does cost us considerable monies to put on and therefore all passengers with you we have to charge to help towards costs.

(PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SHOW VEHICLES MUST ARRIVE ON EITHER DAY, OR BOTH DAYS IF THE CLUB IS WITH US FOR THE WEEKEND FROM 6.30AM- 9.00AM TO ALLOW FOR SET UP TIME PRIOR TO GATES OPENING AT 10AM FOR GENERAL PUBLIC, CARS CAN BE LEFT IN THE SECURE SHOW AREA OR CAN BE TAKEN TO THE CAMPING AREA AFTER EACH SHOW DAY CLOSES AT 4PM (SEE CAMPING DETAILS)

Approved drivers and their cars will obtain free entry to the show and will on arrival be given a one or 2 day pass band once checked in at the vehicle check in gate, this band must be worn at all times to have access to the show. Please note that camping is available from Friday 6th July and is charged to everyone as follows including driver 16 years plus £10 per person per night, child 10 years to 15 years (id required) £5 per person per night, passengers wishing to arrive with drivers who are showcasing their cars can do so but will be charged separately at the check in gate for their show day ticket charged as one or 2 days at point of sale.

I FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT TO SHOWCASE OUR VEHICLES AT THE ROUTE 66 SHOW, I DO SO AT MY OWN RISK, AND THAT THE ROUTE 66 SHOW, THE ORGANISERS, THEIR AGENTS, PROMOTERS OR LANDOWNER/S ARE IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR BREAKAGES CAUSED BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE TO MY OR OUR VEHCILES, AND THAT I AM HAPPY TO SHOWCASE MY/OUR VEHICLES KNOWING THIS BY SIGNING BELOW.
