Volunteer Job Details
SILENT/LIVE AUCTION
Help Set Up Items: Please note you will meet up at the Social Center on Saturday Feb 11 at 10am to help set up all items.
Payment Collectors: You will coordinate with Juanita Brunet at the beginning of the night around 5:30. You will then be notified of the time you will be required to collect payments during the evening.
SHOOTERS:
To Help Make Shots: You will meet with Jen Nawrot at the Social Center behind the bar on the Friday evening Feb 10 at 6pm.
Shooter Sellers: You will come to the Penalty box approx. 5 min before your shift starts. Two will stay behind the bar and two will walk the floor to sell shooters.
Liquor Coordinators
Bar Supplies: You have been given a list. Please bring to the social center Friday Feb 10 around 6pm.
Decorations
Set Up: You will meet me at the social center Friday Feb 10 at 6pm. If you have glue gun and scissors please bring.
Chair Cover Makers: Please contact me at 780-603-3377 to set up times to drop them off. Please and thanks.
Special Project: Please meet Friday Feb 10 at 6pm at the social center on the stage. If possible please bring glue gun, scissors, spot light.
Decoration Haulers Pt1: Please meet at the Arena Upstairs at 5:30 pm on Friday Feb 10. You will be required to haul decorations from the arena to the social center.
Decoration Haulers Pt2: Please meet at the Social Center on Sunday Feb 12 at 10am to haul decorations from the social center to the arena.
Balloon Pick Up: Please meet me at the Dollar Store (by The Source) for 9:30 on Saturday, Feb 11 to haul balloons to the social center.
Clean Up: You will meet me at the social center on Sunday Feb 12 at 9am.
Greeters: You will meet me at the social center for 5:15 on Saturday Feb 11.
Coat Check: Bantam Team. Please refer to Catherine for schedule.
50 50 Sellers: Please note there are 2 shifts. Please meet me at least 5-10 minutes before your shift.
Raffle Sellers: Please note there are 2 shifts. Please meet me at least 5-10 minutes before your shift.
