3.1.Prerequisites: (Предпоставки)

Students of the course "Reengineering in business management" should know the basic features principles of management.Discipline requires prior knowledge of the labor market, marketing tools, new information and communication technologies, etc.

3.2. Objectivesofthecourse:

The purpose of the course "Reengineering in Business Management" is to give students knowledge and skills for reaction to the new needs of companies and enterprises to radically restructure business processes.Emphasis is on reengineering approach as new trend in the theory of management, of basic items of this approach the essential concept of reengineering, the conditions for a successful re-engineering, the main components of reengineering and its particular characteristics in business processes, the structure and stages of reengineering, selection, organization and competence of the participants in the project for reengineering and its conducting, and the essential role of information technology for the existence and development of business process reengineering.
